QUALITY POLICY

Beam Energy Limited is committed to a Quality Management System that ensures its services, products and procedures fully meet with its customers’s requirements, both internally and externally within the energy, oil and gas industries and other sectors.

We are a progressive company and are currently in the process formalizing a Quality Management System based on the requirement of ISO 9001: 2000.All our activities are implemented and maintained in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001:2000 and once Beam Energy attains the standards required (fully develop all mandatory procedures) we will seek necessary accreditation for ISO 9001:2000 through nationally and internationally approved agencies.

This Quality Policy will be communicated and understood by all personnel employed by Beam Energy to facilitate awareness of this policy and the quality objectives at all levels, thus ensuring the effectiveness of the Quality Management System is continually improved.

The Quality Policy and objectives shall be regularly reviewed for continued suitability

HEALTH, SAFETY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

The management of Beam Energy Limited recognizes that we have an obligation to protect the health and gurantee the safety of all our employees, clients and any member of the public who may be affected by our operations. We are also committed to all environmental laws and regulations and the part of Beam Energy core values is safety first;

Accordingly, our policy is to:

Make work places free from recognised hazards, which are likely to cause death, injury, illness and damage to property.

Achieve 0 incident and accident in our operations

Recognize the priority of safety, health and environmental factors where there is competition with economic consideration.

Maintain a professional staff to develop and monitor safety and health programmes.

Train employees in safe practices and procedures.

Hold each employees/contractors responsible for maintaining his work areas and work practices in compliance with this policy.

Hold each supervisor accountable for assuring that the employees; equipment and facilities within their areas of responsibility are in compliance with this policy.
